This covers the way it allows that person to access any benefits, facilities or services. It is also unlawful to refuse or deliberately fail to give a person access to benefits, by taking away a person\u2019s membership or changing the terms on which that person is a member. The Act says that we are legally responsible for the actions of our club, and the members\u2019 actions towards a disabled person.
