First Three Months Are Free

If you are interested in finding out more about the club, or would like to come to any of the events, then the first thing you should do is to either email our membership secretary Ralph (enquiries@tvivc.org.uk) or phone one of the club's 'Welcomers' on 0753 2145262. They will be able to tell you more about the club and events you are interested in, and put you in contact with the organiser if necessary.  If you send an email could you also give a phone number please so that we can contact you if there any last minute changes to events.

You are then welcome to come to any of the events shown on the website for three months.  This will give you the opportunity, by sampling events and meeting other members, to decide whether this is a club for you.  At the end of this period you will be invited to join as a full member of the club.

Full Annual Membership (£13 - £28 p.a.)

Becoming a full member of Thames Valley IVC brings a number of benefits including:

• A user-name and password which enables you to log in on our website.  You will then be able to see the organisers' contact details for all the events, so you won't have to contact your 'Welcomer' or the membership secretary to obtain them.
• A colour version of the monthly bulletin that is especially designed for printing out (not the version on the website). It includes full details of all forthcoming events and also other news for members.
• The opportunity to receive discounts from the club by taking part in the voucher reward scheme.  You receive a £5 reward voucher for each event that you organise*, up to a maximum of three per year.  You can use each voucher to either (a) get £5 off the payment due for someone else's event, or (b) get £5 off next year's membership fee, provided you have had the voucher completed at someone else's event.  *For full details see the Voucher Reward Scheme page in the "Your TV IVC Membership" section.

The current annual membership fee is £28, but if you use all your reward vouchers to obtain the maximum discount it comes down to just £13 per year.  The membership year runs from January to December  You will be charged pro-rata for the remainder of the year when you join.

If the membership secretary doesn't already have your full contact details and address you will be asked to either let him have them or fill them in online before you become a temporary member. You will also be asked to list the types of events in which you are interested in taking part, and the kind of events you might be able to organize for the club.. Before you become a full member you will be asked to confirm that you have not been expelled or banned from another IVC- or similar club. If you have been, you are asked to give details so that they can be taken into account.
